At 11 lbs/ft³ with 755 psf of compression resistance — roughly 23% more load-bearing capacity than standard Rigiboard 80 — it holds its shape under mechanically fastened cladding systems and heavy-duty commercial assemblies.

PowerWool™ Rigiboard™ Pro Max helps create safer, quieter, and more resilient commercial buildings by resisting fire, repelling moisture, and maintaining stable R-4-per-inch thermal performance over time. It’s approved for use in Canada and the U.S., and suitable for substitution in rated NFPA 285 and ASTM E119 wall assemblies.
